Winemaking Notes

100 % Pinot Noir hand-picked from the Nine One Six vineyard in Steels Creek, and the Denton Vineyard in Tarrawarra. A combination of whole bunch and de-stemmed ferments was adopted to accentuate the innate attributes of each site. Post-fermentation maceration on skins ranged from 2 weeks, to 3 months. Each parcel was raised for 16 months on lees in neutral barrique and puncheons barrels, with zero added SO2.
Blended and bottled in July 2024 for release on the 17th July 2024.
