Style

Perfumed, succulent and savoury syrah. Etched with detailed red and blue fruits in delicate tension with savoury graphite minerality – and wafts of roasted pepper and deep earthy spice that are signatures of Miners Ridge. Finely yet firmly structured; powdery tannins slowly dissolving in your mouth, whilst the wildest array of complex flavours is carried by the coolest of acidity. An understated, unpretentious wine that has been allowed to express itself fully with minimal intervention, and showing its true potential with time in the glass.
